This package is used for decoding yaml file into objects.

clean all deploys on node.

create a node port service for a deployment.

delete a deployment and it's svc with name.

deploy apps.

pase local yaml file into deps and svcs.

pase yaml file with url into deps and svcs.

wait for deployment to be ready.

service endpoints, any ip in IPs is available with the same port.
