OpenTelemetry Lib

OpenTelemetry Lib is a repository that bridges gaps between Elastic and OpenTelemetry.

The repository is meant to be used internally in Elastic and in Elastic specific OpenTelemetry components to provide a single source of truth for handling OTel compatibility, including mapping OTel metrics to Elastic.
