GetAvailableVersions returns a list of currently available Terraform versions.
GetInstalledVersions returns a list of all installed Terraform versions.
IsAvailableVersion returns true if the specified version of Terraform is in the list of available versions.
IsInstalledVersions returns true if the specified Terraform version is installed.
