Gpu training, cpu inference example

• This is only required when using the CuDNNLSTM layer and inferring on the model without a gpu
• Download the dataset from: https://www.kaggle.com/shivamb/real-or-fake-fake-jobposting-prediction/download
• Copy fake_job_postings.csv into examples/jobs/data/
