CleanEmptyStrings removes empty strings from a slice of strings in place.

RandomInt generates a random integer between min and max.

RandomInt32 generates a random integer between min and max.

RandomString generates a random string of length n.

Upsert appends a value to a slice if it does not already exist in the slice.
