FromCtx takes the server logger instance as a backup logger if none are found.

FromRequest takes the server logger instance as a backup logger if none are found.

RequestLogger returns a logger handler using a custom LogFormatter.

NewRequestLogger will attempt to pull the logger from the request first as to not overwrite it, then it will pull from the context.
