MergeReports merges multiple junit reports into a single report.

Parse a junit report from an XML encoded byte string.

FileName is the name of the JUnit report.

Error maps to <error> element.

Failure maps to either a <failure> or <error> element.

Property maps to a <property> element that's part of <properties>.

Skipped maps to <skipped> element.

TestCase maps to <testcase> element.

TestSuite maps to <testsuite> element.

TestSuites maps to root junit <testsuites> element.
