Ecophagy

This is pretty inefficient but wanted to bash out something pretty quick and for fun.

Package img is just a wrapper to use around whatever can extract and set exit comment tags.

Package phi is a set of tools to get incoming pictures from devices to your server, and manage said space on those peripheral devices.

more experimental than anything.
