ConfigureEarlyLogging

ConfigureEarlyLogging installs our logging adapters, and enables early logging to screen if it is enabled by either the FELIX_EARLYLOGSEVERITYSCREEN or FELIX_LOGSEVERITYSCREEN environment variable.

ConfigureLogging
