OpenFileInEditor opens filename in a text editor.

promptAndSave prompts the user to save and returns whether or not they agreed to do so.

This implements the equivalent of kpcli's "find" command, just with a name that won't be confused for the shell command of the same name.

TraversePath, given a starting location and a UNIX-style path, will walk the path and return the final location or an error if the path points to an entry, the parent group is returned as well as the entry.
