gotrx - Go utilitas for OTR implementations

A collection of OTR functionality that can be reused for several OTR versions.

There is a significant overlap in basic functionality needed for OTR implementations in Golang. This project serves as a place where this shared functionality can be put.

It will be used by:

• Golang OTRv3 library
• Golang OTRv4 library
• Prekey server for OTRv4
