RegisterUserServiceHandlerClient registers the http handlers for service UserService to "mux".

RegisterUserServiceHandlerFromEndpoint is same as RegisterUserServiceHandler but automatically dials to "endpoint" and closes the connection when "ctx" gets done.

UserServiceClient is the client API for UserService service.

UserServiceServer is the server API for UserService service.
