Module name: assessment-compartment-recovered

Get the genes assigned to a specific compartment by GO and report on those seen from a list of genes.

genes	list of genes with assigned localizations
goAnnotations	GO annotations in .gaf format
localizationID	ID in the genes that is equivalent to the compartmentID
