Resource takes an unqualified resource and returns a Group qualified GroupResource.

GroupName is the group name use in this package.

SchemeGroupVersion is group version used to register these objects.

PolicyList is the whole list of all policies which have been stored in stroage.

Secret represents a secret restful resource.

SecretList is the whole list of all secrets which have been stored in stroage.
