Hanindo Go utility function and types

This is version 2.x, go to ../ for the version 1.x

Currently:

  • Date
  • Clock & MockClock
  • JsonEnc
  • various utility function

Incompatible Changes:

  • Remove TZ
  • Date struct fields is private now
  • Remove SHORT_TIME constant
  • Remove FormatSec()
  • Remove MkdirP()
