Main responsibilities of the Service

• via Websockets
  • accept & validate device connections
• via Google Pub/sub messages:
  • publish all incoming WS OCPP messages to relevant topics (e.g. HeartbeatRequest)
  • subscibe to outgoing WS OCPP message topics and send them to the connected devices
