CalculateOriginalIndex computes the original index of a sub-task.

InitializeExternalResources constructs an ExternalResource array where each element describes the initial state of the subtask.

Any state of the plugin needs to map to a core.PhaseInfo (which in turn will map to Admin events) so that the rest of the Flyte platform can understand what's happening.

PhaseString retrieves an enum value from the enum constants string name.

PhaseValues returns all values of the enum.
