AddRequestScopedLoggerToContext adds a request scoped logger to the context.

CheckRequestAuthorization creates a middleware that validates authorization and adds them to the relevant context values.

RequestID obtains the request id from the request header, or failing that, creates a new request id, and places it in the request context.
