GetAgentByPolicyIDAndHostnameFromList get an agent by the local_metadata.host.name property, reading from the agents list.

NewEnrollParams creates a new policy with monitoring logs and metrics, an enrollment token and returns an EnrollParams with the information to enroll an agent.
