EnsureAuthConfigured method ensures that GitHub auth token is available.

FindFilesInPR searches for changes files in a PR that match a given pattern.

GetHTTPClient collect GitHub authentication token information and initialize an appropriate client (authenticated or unauthenticated) depending on auth information availability.

PRHasLabels returns if a PR (given by it's number) has specified labels or not.

TokenLocation returns the expected location of the GitHub Token file.
