New instanciates a new spooler generic instance.

WithChanSize defines a custom channel maximum size (capacity).

WithFlushInterval defines the flush interval delay (every 3 seconds by default).

WithFlushLimit defines when the flush should occur.

SpoolerOption represents the spooler available options.
