Templates are the operator install templates, this list should be kept in sync with prod install templates with some exceptions: - prometheus is excluded because it is not needed for the tests because it is not an 'onboarded operator' so it could just introduce noise - sandbox operators installation is a prerequisite for the tests so they are not included here.
