RunLogicTest is the main entry point for the logic test.

RunLogicTests runs logic tests for all files matching the given glob.

Bigtest is a flag which should be set if the long-running sqlite logic tests should be run.

TestServerArgs contains the parameters that callers of RunLogicTest might want to specify for the test clusters to be created with.
