ConstructJSONReport transforms an InvocationInfo into a JsonReport.

FailurePoster returns a githubpost.FailurePoster that's appropriate for use with githubpost.PostFromTestXMLWithFailurePoster.

LoadInvocationInfo parses the relevant information including test results out of the given event stream file, returning an InvocationInfo object.
