CLI for populating database with beers

This cli populates the beer database with beer data taken from the Open Beer Database:

The data has been downloaded as json from:

https://data.opendatasoft.com/explore/dataset/open-beer-database%40public-us/table/

Beer is a beer obviously! The fields field contains the following parameters - name - country - cat_name - style_name - name_breweries.
