AuditProxies retrieves all proxies available in the current project.

InitClient looks for all the available proxies, and initialises the auth to use them.

this is the name of the handlerfunc given to the entrypoint of the cloud build.

Client contains all the proxy servers and satisfies the http.Client interface.
