Build

make pulsewatcher

Start blockchain

./scripts/insolard/launchnet.sh -g

Start pulsewatcher

./bin/pulsewatcher -c .artifacts/launchnet/pulsewatcher.yaml

Options

    -c config file
            Path to configuration file.
