AddJob adds a new job to the scheduler.

Init starts the scheduler.

AgentConnections are all the active agent connections.

ErrPluginNotFound gets returned if the plugin (job name) that has been requested is not found in the agent.

PendingAgentConnections are all the active connections from agents that havent been accepted yet.
