Finalise - shutdown the block header system.

Get - return all header data.

GetNew - return block data for initialising a new block returns: previous block digest and the number for the new block.

Height - return current height.

Initialise - setup the current block data.

Set - set current header data.

SetGenesis - reset the block data.
