1. Create an application https://discord.com/developers/applications
2. Add a bot, and reset/copy the token
3. Add this bot user to your server: https://discord.com/oauth2/authorize?client_id=idFromYourApp&permissions=0&scope=bot%20applications.commands
4. Run this bot with a channel id, the token, and an image (see --help for args)
