Amazon Trust Services

Copy the four Amazon Root Certificates (AmazonRootCA1.pem through AmazonRootCA4.pem) from https://www.amazontrust.com/repository/ into a an accessible location and set a STANZA_AMAZON_ROOT_CA environment variable to that location (e.g. STANZA_AMAZON_ROOT_CA=/ca_certs).
