BranchCommits returns a list of commits on the branch relative to the upstream main branch.

ParsePreviousVersionBody drops the changelog preamble and anything up to the previous release header containing the semver of the last release.

Sections represents all the possible sections in the changelog, in the desired order.

Fragment represents a changelog fragment file.
