Backend and frontend of CTF contest portal, originally made for HackDays but is generally usable.

CTF challenges are stored in CTFCONTENTS directory - every challenge has it's own subdirectory

TODO:

• Finish adding challenges (frontend)
• Add Announcments, count down and leaderboard to gameboard (frontend)
