ProcessEvents constructs the Jobs array from the AWS step-functions event history.
ReverseHistory reverses the order of the events in the history.
UpdateWorkflowLastJob queries AWS sfn for the latest events of the given state machine, and it uses these events to populate LastJob within the WorkflowSummary.
